This is a great company! I'm so glad I found them and had them service my AC"s this year. It took time to find them and have the confidence to make the leap as I've used another company for many years, but ACE surpasses them. Here's why: 1. You pay a very reasonable (and lower than the previous company I used) flat fee to store your AC. You are not charged extra if you want your AC stored for more than 6 months, as the was the case with the other company I used. This is because ACE owns their warehouse. They are not renting warehouse space. (I asked about all this stuff before I made the leap.) 2. The AC's are not stored one on top of another. They each have a cubby hole. My AC is painted. It did not come back with scratches on top, as it has in previous years. 3. I was given a morning timeframe and was called by the driver/installer thirty minutes before they arrived. They arrived on time. 4. They were neat and clean. (Although I did put down towels on the floor and I did have a vacuum handy. ) 5. They were nice guys and pleasant! 7. Did I mention that the fee for cleaning TWO AC's, taking them away and reinstalling them was VERY reasonable?
